The intention of this exercise is to have a better sense of who you want to work with, who will benefit from your product or service, and the energy that you want to bring into your business.
Find Your Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit undisturbed for a few minutes.Take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.
Set Your Intention
Be open to whatever comes up during this exercise.Trust that your intuition will guide you.
Visualize a Path
Close your eyes and imagine yourself walking down a beautiful path.The scenery might be a forest, beach, or meadow - wherever feels peaceful to you.
Meet Your Ideal Client 👋
Ahead, you see someone walking toward you.As they get closer, you realize they recognize you and are genuinely happy to see you! 😊
Take a moment to connect with them.
Ask this person:
What is your biggest struggle right now?
What do you need help with?
What do you want me to know about you?
Thank You and Reflect
Thank your ideal client for meeting with you.Gently open your eyes and take a moment to write down what you remember:
What stood out to you about this person?
How did you feel meeting them?
What are the traits that make you feel aligned with them?
What other insights or ideas came up for you?
Applying Your Visualization To Your Work ✨✍️
Now that you’ve connected with your dream client, let’s use what you’ve learned! Write down their traits, struggles, and needs in detail. Get to know this character and how specifically you can help them.
By visualizing and speaking directly to your avatar, most people find that marketing and sales are much easier and more natural - your messaging feels more authentic, your offers feel aligned, and you’ll start attracting clients who are the perfect fit for your business. 💕
